Static cling decals are made of a white or clear vinyl material, about 8 mil in thickness. They can be made to stick on the inside of the window to read from the outside (mirror printed) or printed both sides (double sided decal). Static cling decals are a great way to promote any product. How to apply static cling decals

 

1. Clean the surface with window cleaner or vinegar.

2. Let the surface dry completely. 

3. Remove the liner from the decal.

4. Starting at the top of the decal press firmly.

5. Pull air bubbles out with the palm of your hand.

For large static cling decals and odd shapes you can use a squirt water bottle. Fill the bottle with water and add a small amount a mild dish washing liquid. Moisten the surface thoroughly and lay the decal on the surface. You should now be able to slide the decal in the position of your choice. You will now need to push out the excess water.  A squeegee of smooth stiff plastic card will do.  Be sure not to scratch the decal when squeezing the water out.
